Vacation Rentals Unlimited recommends that as a potential renter you verify the validity of each property. Get terms and conditions in writing.

Vacation Rentals Unlimited assumes no responsibility for the actions of renters of property. It is the responsibility of property owners and managers to verify all information provided by potential renters.  We recommend providing terms and conditions in writing.

Acceptable Content Policy:
The purpose of this web site is to allow property owners and managers to advertise vacation rental properties for the entire world to see.  All content must be G rated.  Ads may not contain vulgarity, illegal content, or references to sex, hate or violence of any nature.  Vacation Rentals Unlimited reserves the right to reject or edit any listing submitted.  Vacation Rentals Unlimited reserves the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

Vacation Rentals Unlimited makes every attempt to minimize downtime.  Vacation Rentals Unlimited cannot guarantee availability 100% of the time and cannot be held liable for service outages, negligence, or acts of God.

Cancellation Policies:
No refunds will be given for unused service in the event of cancellation.  In the event you sell your property, you can transfer your Vacation Rentals Unlimited listing for a fee of $20.00.  No refund will be given.
